Items “Fulfilled by San Francisco Chocolate Factory”
All standard shipping rates and policies apply to these items when shipped within the U.S., including free shipping on qualifying orders over $100. When your order ships, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in Your Account and can be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the Track packages link in Your Account. Between May 1 and October 1, some products require special packaging to make sure they arrive in good condition.
The only shipping option for these items is our Expedited Chilled Shipping method. These items ship in Styrofoam containers with cooling gel packs and arrive 1-2 days after leaving our fulfillment center.
Since special handling is required for these items, there is an additional shipping charge of $5.99 . Expedited Chilled Shipping is not available when shipping to a P.O.Box.
About Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico Addresses
There are some special considerations when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Expedited and Priority Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can’t be sent to P.O. boxes or APO, FPO OR DPO.
